Experienced, Trusted, Dedicated Company
Before we dive into our services, let’s get into defining the core product of our company, siding.
Siding is the protective material attached to the exterior side of a wall of a house or building, it forms the first line of defense against the sun, rain/snow, heat and cold, thus creating a stable, more comfortable environment on the interior side. Most siding consists of pieces of weather-resistant material that are smaller than the wall they cover, this allows for expansion and contraction of the materials due to moisture and temperature changes.
Besides functionality, siding also improves aesthetics of a house. Different materials, textures and colors give each a property a unique personality that will define the way a property is perceived.
Functionality and aesthetics, the two major roles siding plays in a house or building, at Curbside We understand those two roles two very well, the reason why we offer different materials and hundreds of different colors that will satisfy different budgets and tastes.

Trim
Siding trim is what gives your home or office that finished look. It completes the edges and protects your siding from the elements and unwanted critters that could get in over the years.
Soffit
Soffit is the exposed siding underneath your roof’s overhang. Since your soffit is located on the underside of your roof, it’s often not visible in terms of curb appeal.
However, soffit can still be seen when you’re close to the home and when you’re underneath it or at street level. Soffit is usually the same design and color as your home’s siding, but can be different depending on your own personal tastes and preferences.
Fascia
Fascia goes hand-in-hand with your home’s soffit. Fascia is the area of siding directly above the soffit. It’s the exposed board you see on the front of your roof’s overhang.
Your fascia is also where gutters are placed. Fascia is very visible and needs to be in good shape so your home’s curb appeal isn’t in jeopard
